With 38 years of experience, our Precision Machining Division operates from an 11,500 sq. ft. facility in Mentor, Ohio. We deliver high-quality CNC machined parts for aerospace, automotive, and medical industries.

ROCO Heat Treat
With 30 years of experience, ROCO Heat Treat specializes in induction heat treating for case and surface hardening. Operating from a 12,000 sq. ft. facility in Painesville, Ohio, we offer dependable and efficient heat treatment services including custom coil design for unique part requirements.

Vertical milling with travels up to 30" Y × 50" X. Multiple Hurco, Doosan, and Romi machining centers.
CNC Turning
Lathes handling diameters up to 21". Mori Seiki turning centers with Y-axis and live tooling for multi-op parts.
Wire EDM
Mitsubishi MU1200S wire EDM with 8" × 13" × 15" burn capacity for intricate, tight-tolerance cuts.
Surface Grinding
Precision grinding up to 11"W × 25"L with Kent and Harig surface grinders, plus keyseat cutting.
Induction Hardening
Case hardening for shafts up to 36" long & 6" diameter, gears up to 24" diameter, sprockets, and more.
Tempering & Annealing
Electric precision draw furnaces for hardness adjustment, enhanced elasticity, and stress relief.
Custom Coil Design
In-house coil fabrication in a wide variety of shapes and sizes for unique induction heating applications.
Inspection & QC
Full suite of inspection equipment including optical comparators, ensuring accuracy and consistency on every part.
